About Thomas: Thomas has been practicing ecstatic and conscious dance for over 9 years
and has been facilitating Sacred Sundays for 5 years. He has completed the classroom portion
of his SoulMotion teacher training and is currently a SoulMotion apprentice teacher

Where: Shelburne Town Hall – Rte. 7, Shelburne VT
(From Burlington, Rt7/Shelburne Rd. until intersection in Shelburne Village. At the light by the Mobil station go straight on Route 7 for a couple hundred more yards then go right into the police, fire department library complex. The town hall is on the right, enter through the front doors.)
What to bring: Your curiosity! Please wear loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

About Thomas: Thomas has been facilitating Sacred Sunday dance, a
SoulMotion™ inspired moving meditation practice, for the past 4 years and has
been moving ecstatically for the past 8 years. His mission is to lead people
authentically in experiences in which they can be free to embody themselves more
fully on and off the dance floor.
THE MOVING CENTER
When : Saturday and Sunday March 27-28th a two day workshop at the Shelburne Town Hall.
1-5pm each day
Connect deeply with your body and bring awareness, aliveness and movement
to your own moving center.
Come for Saturday only or Saturday and Sunday.
