I hope everyone's summer is blissful. It looks as if its going to get a lot blissfuller. There has been a movement to start back up the Fri night jams
in Montpelier. Dan Senning will be facilitating primarily. He is from this area originally, and recently moved back here from LA.
The weekly jam Fridays- 7:30-9:30 @ The Shambhala Center on Main St. in Montpelier. $5.00 donation.

Do you enjoy the communication between dancers and dummers? Come with you drumming hands and/or dancing body to explore this connection.
DRUMMERS AND DANCERS...Bring your drumming hands and dancing feet to the Shelburne Town Hall.
Friday, 7-9pm, maybe later...
Cost: $3
All are welcome.
This is a collaborative event and its success depends on enough participation, so please come if you can.
Melodic and drone instruments are welcome. A few extra drums and percussion instruments will be available. Rules of using the town hall the Dj of the night must get the key from the Police Station and return it to get your licence back at the end of the evening lock all doors with the key and make sure the lights are off.in Winter set the heat to 55. In Summer make sure the AC is off. Please use only the front door - Route 7 side Do not enter or leave through the Library doors/ Check the bathroom before you lock up/ Thank you

In the past concerts, people have: moved to the vibes, danced, brought a comfy mat to lay on, meditated, chi-gung, strech.
In past concerts some people have experienced: profound relaxation,meditati ve states of consciousness, non ordinary reality,altered states of consciousness.
Empowering affirmations will be shared during the concert.
